In the last few years, many home builders have begun providing economical window coverings as part of their new homes, condos and patio homes.  This has added great value to the consumer as well as the builder.  The blinds can be a part of the mortgage so the customer does not have to contact a retailer the week or so before closing and encounter additional expenses.
